Good catch that he lumps Kylo into the list of people who will destroy him if they can. Of course, Kylo pretty much verifies that with threatening to kill Hux.

thinking about Hux making the distinction that Admiral Brooks, Brendol Hux, Snoke, and Kylo all have the power to “destroy people” whereas he is patient and will “destroy worlds” which both confirms my idea that Hux’s relationship with control and power and use of Starkiller was cathartic more than anything else (he’s not “less messy” he’s destructive and vengeful and emotional but he doesn’t do many of these things Himself but through harnessing the power of technology) but also how Hux clearly sees himself as a person they have “destroyed” or attempted to destroy, at least they destroyed any aspect of Hux that was good
