This is a good joke. And, also, a really good illustration of not only correlation =/= causation, but also of the idea of cherry-picking data to support a point and the idea that x doesn’t necessarily cause y, that some unknown factor, z, could be causing both.
But also this is accurate because watching golf makes me want to die.
