An incomplete list:
War crimes (I’m not sure what they are, but they’re a big deal and a lot of people accuse us of them. I’ll be more detailed below.)
Kidnapping
Taking children under false pretenses (ie, promising they’ll grow up to be something other than cannon fodder)
Turning children into cannon fodder
The widespread practice of using sub-adults (ie, children) to staff war machines
Blowing up the Hosnian system (I think this is a war crime. Is this a war crime?)
Having no handrails
Failing to be workplace safe
Reconditioning
Dehumanizing members
Preventing members from living happy, fulfilled lives
Crushing hope
Making us kill people we didn’t want to kill
Killing us
Subjecting us to the tyranny of the dark side of the Force
Kylo Ren
Rey
Palpatine
Luke Skywalker
Any other Force ghosts or Force apparitions, especially of dead people, whose haunting of the hallways has become routine
Making us live our entire lives on this lifeless husk of a haunted ship, while we fly around the galaxy killing people and extorting taxes or whatever it is we do to stay financially solvent (Are we pirates? I think we’re pirates.)
A culture of assassination, backstabbing, and betrayal, especially in the top levels of the organization
The Knights of Ren’s total disregard for hygiene, especially their boots
The current state of calcinator repair
Our leadership using the Force to use the bodies of officers to swab the deck or scrub the ceiling
The lack of funerals or acknowledgement of the dead
The suspension of the holiday sock-exchange program among stormtroopers
The suspension of team sports activities after that unfortunate incident in the hangar bay where backers of one team hijacked AT-ATs to mobilize against backers of another team who had walkers, and how this spread into the hallways once speeder bikes were involved.
Lack of comprehensive health care (and no, ‘kill them if they take more than 2 sick days per year’ is not an acceptable comprehensive health care policy)
Stormtrooper armor being bid out to the lowest contractor, resulting in shoddy plastoid that can’t stop the weakest blaster, and this being the only armor we’re allowed to wear
Inaccurate history and educational programs
Lack of free press

I believe this list can be greatly condensed into:
1. Kylo Ren
2. The Imperial Academy System
3. The Knights of Ren
4. Lack of funding into solar research - if we had had adequate funds, the Hosnian incident would have ended in free solar power for the Hosnian System as was the original intention, not in… well, the nonexistence of the Hosnian System.

Contrary tospaceboy_dameron‘s belief, I think chromium_siren‘s musical performances are one of the positives about the First Order.
