I found my icons

Ha, I found *most* of my icons. I'm still missing my one of the blue octopus sitting in a chair and reading a book, which used to be my default. But otherwise all the old favourites are here :) Poets never have anything to say about cheese. Axiom Testing Station. What an horrible abuse was this? Morris dancing stormtrooper, etc. Lovely!

Mine have been sitting in that same directory untouched for the past 10 years. It was a real voyage into the past - most of them were from Pirates of the Caribbean, for a start:)

I have the feeling I'll have to hunt down some poem about the cheese, now. I'm sure some epic has a passus or two about it. Hm, our classics has poem about onions, "Pan Tadeusz" is full of food descriptions, so perhaps there's a moment about cheese there...

I never managed to care enough about icons, I set one here and on tumblr, and on AO3 and every other place years ago and they'll stay forever (I was reasonable enough to made the set completely fandom-neutral, through). The font on the other hand... :D

Oh, I love icons :) I taught myself to use image editing software entirely so I could make icons (and then it came in very handy when I started making book cover art.) I haven't actually filled my 100 available icon slots yet, but I will. I just want to find/make a few new ones.

Fandom neutral is a great idea! I do keep my default icon fandom neutral, because then people still recognize you even when you skip from one hyperfixation to the next :)
